Booking Details
Reservation Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Taxes & Fees
Published rental rates do not include the 12.5% Virgin Islands Hotel Tax, 4.5% service fee, or a $1,000 refundable security deposit.
Cancellations
Reservation deposits may be refunded if the villa is successfully re-rented, less a 20% administrative fee.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is 9:00 AM when another party is arriving that day, and 10:00 AM otherwise. Books Saturday to Saturday. Minimum Stay: 7 nights.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests total, including children. Weekly rates are based on double occupancy, un-rented bedrooms will remain locked & unoccupied during your stay.
Payment
Reservations may currently be paid by check or bank wire through Island Getaways.
