What a magical spell! We have been coming to St. John for over 25 years & have stayed at a lot of places on the island. This is one of the best – the view, the magical spaces to just play & be with our entire group – Cinnamon Stones met all our needs.
Thank you for sharing this amazing place with us. Our family made memories that we will cherish in the forever stories & laughter that we’ll tell in the future days!

This is our favorite trip of 8 (?) to St. John. We fell in love with the island back in 1998 on our honeymoon at Caneel Bay and Little Dix in VI. We’ve come back three times with our children and each time we’ve all loved it. This is our third villa and we have rented and so far it is our favorite!
Everything is wonderful – the views and design of the villa and we are already sad to leave. We visited Francis Bay, Cinnamon, Hawksnest, Caneel Bay (just past the sign), Oppenheimer Beach. Viva la beach day!
My favorite we ever did was Miss Lucy’s lunch at Skinney Legs and the BVI. Lunch at Skinny Legs and the “full moon” party at Salt Pond and Ram Head hike. Great views.
The only bummer is that some of the restaurants we loved have closed down by the BVI tourist season as the last group to leave yesterday. I’m sad to go home because I’m only some friends with the concierge tonight already.

First time at St. John’s Island. Views are awesome. We loved the donkeys and the sound of the tree frogs. Great house – hope to come back soon.

Thanks so much for letting us stay at your wonderful property! We have stayed at many places in this area and this was one of our very favorites (the other favorite is sold and not a rental now). Selfishly, we hope this property doesn’t sell too quickly so we can return soon!
You have the villa so well stocked and everything is thoughtfully laid out. The views are super and better than the photos. We’ve found this to be a nearly perfect, peaceful, relaxing spot. My daughter loved having her 10th birthday here and had fun in the bunk room.

Coming to our “2nd home” feels like Christmas tree and all, but we will be sure to leave some pantry items for the next guests – candy, unopened sodas, drinks. We loved our stay here at Cinnamon Stones.
The cleaning crew & gardeners kept the house & every bedroom in 5-star condition from the moment we arrived. Huge thanks to the maintenance crew also for putting up an artificial tree for us! The kids loved it – our arrival here on Dec 22 made you again “St. John’s best place.”
We have been staying on the island for 15 years – a “bit more” than the norm – but they are usually not my favorite places. The beaches, THAT house – everyone enjoyed our stay as much as they could under the circumstances – that made my life, and my husband’s, as happy as ever.

St. John just never seems to disappoint! What a beautiful island. The Cinnamon Stones villa was truly a beautiful, special place for our family to spend the week.
Made it easy to get to great hiking and some of the best beaches in the world. We’ll miss it and hope to be back soon.

Wow! What a beautiful home! I can only imagine the hard work it takes to maintain such a property – we were so grateful to benefit from your efforts. The breezes, the views, and the comfort were all wonderful.
We especially loved the pool & hot tub (a treat to be able to enjoy in December!), the outdoor showers and the extra touches like beach chairs & towels, coolers and laundry on site. We always came back after a day at the beach and felt so spoiled!
This home outdoes almost everything we’ve experienced on St. John – it makes me want to come back every year for Christmas & New Year!

This was our first time in St. John but definitely won’t be our last! We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our family to enjoy, from a 2-year-old to grandparents. The views, layout and proximity to Cinnamon, Maho & Francis were more than we could have dreamed of.
Highly recommend having Ted from Ted’s Supper Club come and make you dinner while you enjoy the sunset and the sounds of the jungle coming alive. We can’t wait to return!
